Service provider

If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity on your account.
3. Use of the service
You may use Invoicer to create, send, and manage invoices and related client records.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data that does not belong to you.
4. Compliance and tax responsibility
Invoicer provides tools to help you prepare invoices, but it is not legal or tax advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with local laws, VAT/IRPF rules, and reporting obligations.
5. Subscription, trials, and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout.
If you start a trial, it will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe to handle billing.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
Refunds are handled according to the payment processor policy and applicable law.
7. Data, privacy, and security
You retain ownership of your content. We process your data to provide the service.

8. Intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of España, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
