Service provider

The service is provided by Roberto Reigada, Calle Doctor Severo Ochoa 9, 33402 Avilés, España.

By accessing or using Invoicer, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity on your account.

You may use Invoicer to create, send, and manage invoices and related client records.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data that does not belong to you.

Invoicer provides tools to help you prepare invoices, but it is not legal or tax advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with local laws, VAT/IRPF rules, and reporting obligations.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout.

If you start a trial, it will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe to handle billing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

Refunds are handled according to the payment processor policy and applicable law.

You retain ownership of your content. We process your data to provide the service.

Invoicer and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of España, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
